File identity

Compare filenames, folder paths and SHA-256 file hashes with a baseline captured from files your team identifies as approved.

Video specifications

Check declared width, height, duration, average FPS and the presence of required audio against the reference.

PASS-gated handoff

Missing, unexpected or altered videos prevent a PASS. Delivery ZIP creation is only available after declared checks pass.

How to run one real evaluation

  1. Identify approved files. Your team, not this program, selects the already-approved video exports.
  2. Capture the baseline. The app records local paths, file digests and declared technical attributes in a separate JSON manifest.
  3. Check your final folder. Scan a different folder that contains exactly what you plan to send to the client.
  4. Review PASS / FAIL. Inspect HTML/JSON findings. ZIP packaging requires PASS.
  5. Measure the whole job. Compare your prior QA/packaging minutes with baseline preparation, investigation, correction and packaging using the app.

This tool is a technical file integrity and selected metadata check, not an editorial, caption-language, broadcast compliance, color-quality or client-approval validator. Time savings have not been verified in real customer deliveries.

Transparency and security notes

Tested platform

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (build 19045) launch checked. Windows 11 and enterprise security-managed images have not been independently verified.

Unsigned executable

The current evaluation EXE is not code-signed and has no independent security certification. Do not bypass endpoint protection or your employer's policies.

Local verification

Python-built desktop app with bundled MediaInfoLib 26.10 for local metadata inspection. No upload/telemetry feature was found in a project-source review; no independent dynamic network audit was conducted.

Developer-controlled internal tests include an approved baseline of four synthetic videos, blocking an incorrect folder, creating five correct ZIPs and blocking the sixth. This does not equal independent customer acceptance or commercial certification.
